Charles Dominick, SPSM, SPSM2, SPSM3 is Founder, President and Chief Procurement Officer of the Next Level Purchasing Association (NLPA). He has authored most of the NLPA’s online courses and is the mastermind behind the prestigious Senior Professional in Supply Management (SPSM) family of certifications, earned in over 90 countries.

Charles is co-author of the book, “The Procurement Game Plan: Winning Strategies and Techniques for Supply Management Professionals.” His articles and interviews have been included in countless supply chain publications. Meghan is the Inbound Marketing Strategist and lead writer for Winddle’s blog, covering topics related to procurement, sourcing, technology, collaboration, quality control and product development. Her role is to build a relationship with the community with the purpose of stimulating conversation that promotes progress and positive change in the industry.

Ken Ballard is a supply chain Project Manager at Source One Management Services, responsible for leading sourcing events to optimize the spend and operations of clients in the areas of supply chain and IT, working directly with the clients and their respective suppliers through all stages of the strategic sourcing project – from data collection, through selecting and conducting go-to-market strategies, to negotiation and contracting, to implementation. 

Jennifer Engel is a Senior Supply Chain Project Analyst at Source One Management Services, responsible for executing strategic sourcing and process improvement initiatives for Fortune 1000 clients. Working directly with clients and their respective suppliers, Engel supports all stages of the strategic sourcing process, from data collection, through selecting and conducting go-to-market strategies, to negotiation and contracting and implementation. 

Megan Connell is a Senior Project Analyst at Source One Management Services and a proven asset in developing RFPs and executing strategic sourcing strategies. Megan is competent in conducting research to produce detailed reports related to competitive markets, sourcing strategies, cost savings opportunities, and benchmarking. She is a leader in providing client solutions through “out of the box” thinking and problem solving. Her high level of analytical skills and supply chain expertise helps streamline clients’ operations and drive sustainable cost savings. 

Matthew Gunn is Manager of Manufacturing Industries at GT Nexus, the world’s leading cloud supply chain platform. A former journalist with career stops at United Business Media and the Financial Times business publications, Matt has spent the last five years working at the intersection of technology and finance to address challenges around global trade and procurement.

Leigh Merz presently serves as a Project Manager for Source One Management Services, LLC. In this position, she is involved directly in all aspects of strategic sourcing initiatives for clients, from project kickoff & data collection through implementation & continued management. Leigh is recognized consistently for her ability to deliver value to clients regardless of their industry.

Evan Wolkin is a Project Analyst at Source One Management Services and a proven asset in developing RFPs and executing strategic sourcing strategies. Phil Hammer is Director of Travel Services for Runzheimer International. As a global leader in workforce mobility programs, Runzheimer International is recognized for providing innovative solutions for business vehicles, business travel, routing and logistics, home healthcare logistics, employee relocation, and mobile device expense management. Phil founded business travel technology company ProcureApp in 2011 which was acquired by Runzheimer International in 2014. Phil has over 15 years of corporate travel and technology experience and was named a Top 25 Most Influential Executive in 2013 by Business Travel News.

Michael Croasdale is a Senior Project Manager at Source One Management Services, LLC. Recognized as a 2015 ThomasNet 30 Under 30 Rising Supply Chain Star, Croasdale is a demonstrated creative problem solver – known for leading innovative cost-reduction initiatives for Fortune 500 companies and mid-market organizations. Specializing in MRO and Professional Services, Croasdale leads a team of analysts through a strategic sourcing process that includes data collection and in-depth analysis, baseline development, RFP development, pricing negotiations and implementation. 

Cindy brings with her over twenty years experience in supply chain business process, systems development , and project management. She has worked on a global scale with multi-faceted supply chain initiatives. With her strong IT background and project management expertise, she has successfully managed a variety of complex systems implementations. Cindy has held positions with large national and international companies in the insurance, retail and medical fields. Cindy has her MBA with an IT concentration. Professional education includes training in strategic sourcing, systems development, and obtaining her CPM.

Kelly Barner is the Owner and Managing Director of Buyers Meeting Point. She has a unique perspective on procurement from the numerous roles she has held during her 15 years in procurement. Kelly worked for Ahold USA (parent company of grocery chains Stop & Shop, Hannaford, Giant Landover, and more) on their not for resale sourcing team, specializing in systems implementation and hired services category sourcing. She spent three years as the Associate Director of consulting services at Emptoris before it was acquired by IBM in 2011.

Since 2009 she has covered procurement news, events, publications, solutions, trends, and relevant economics at Buyers Meeting Point. Buyers Meeting Point provides the procurement industry with an events calendar, blog, active social media network, and podcast, all of which are trusted sources of information for practitioners and solution providers alike. Kelly has several regular columns throughout the industry, and in the summer of 2016 was appointed to become the Business Survey Chair for the ISM-New York Report on Business.

Kelly has her MBA from Babson College as well as an MS in Library and Information Science from Simmons College. Kelly has co-authored three books: ‘Supply Market Intelligence for Procurement Professionals: Research, Process, and Resources’ (2014), ‘Procurement at a Crossroads: Career Impacting Insights into a Rapidly Changing Industry’ (2016), and 'Finance Unleashed: Leveraging the CFO for Innovation' (2017). In 2017, Kelly co-founded Palambridge with Phil Ideson (Art of Procurement).
