Investments in technology to address the demands inherent in Aftermarket Services planning work are not new, in fact, in advanced industries they are common place / table stakes for an effective and efficient operation.  The challenge is that despite those investments, there are limitations to the value which can be realized including: limited or  repair capacity and lifecycle planning, lack of actionable analytics to drive operational decisions and financial impact. Further, ensuring consistency across regions and business units on planning processes and utilization of insights are too time consuming to be effective.

As if these concerns are not enough, the pressure to add value through aftermarket services to differentiate commodity type products as never been greater. For all of us, the goal is to use analytics and the information available to us to interpret data, make better decisions, improve performance, increase customer satisfaction and ultimately increased ROI for stakeholders.

In today’s webinar, we will discuss a practitioner’s view of planning using “deep data” analytics to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the aftermarket services market. Our discussion will end sharing highlights from the next frontier in planning.

Please join Barry Hochfelder, Editor, Supply & Demand Chain Executive, as moderator  and Lance Johnson, Vice President, Supply Chain Planning Services and Rahul Singh, Ph. D., Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer, both from Entercoms, for this thought provoking 1 hour webcast.
