(10/15/2013) eProcurement KPIs and Networking – Free Seminar in Boston, MA on December 4th

HP PROACTPROACTIS, a global Spend Control and eProcurement solution provider, is hosting a seminar road show in the UK and US to promote why it is important to take an end-to-end view to eProcurement, how to take action, KPIs and the business case for achieving Best Practice status. On December 4th, that roadshow will make a stop in Boston, MA.

The event’s speakers will include Simon Dadswell, Proactis’ Marketing Director and Phil Robinson, Proactis’ Head of US Operations. The real focus, however, is to discuss how they can plug the gaps that result in savings leakage from their end-to-end eProcurement processes.

“Best-in-class organizations achieve 75% spend under management with almost 5% savings to the bottom line,” Robinson said, “while average organizations implementing eProcurement achieve less than 55% of spend under management.”

Increasing the percent of an organization’s spend under management requires the implementation of Source-to-Contract and Purchase-to-Pay process and solutions. In many cases, making the necessary program changes will require a business case – one that focuses on adoption, compliance, and how the results and benefits will be measured.
