About the speaker: Jessica Clayton is the founding Partner of TalentStream and a member of the ownership group. She is a cum laude graduate of Clemson University with a Masters Degree from The Citadel. Jessica grew up in the staffing industry and worked for a national staffing company before launching TalentStream in 2013. In addition to leading TalentStream’s recruiting and operations, Jessica enjoys giving back to the Greenville Community and spending time with her husband and three children. A former Teacher of the Year in South Carolina, she has served as a volunteer leader at a wide variety of organizations, to include Ronald McDonald House, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, and the Red Cross. Jessica serves as Chair of Career Development on the APICS Industrial Crescent Board of Directors and also maintains active professional memberships in SHRM Greenville. Jessica is a member of Christ Church of Greenville, where she serves on the Annual Giving Cabinet, as well as the Children’s Ministry committee.
