Often times, in changing environments we struggle to understand what is taking place and why change is necessary. By providing a road map, a successful transition process lets you recognize and seize new opportunities. Guest speaker, Christine Shortt (M.A. Organizational Leadership), will introduce you to the three stages of transitions along with five aspects of the natural ending experience, and explain how to understand and welcome each stage leading to a new future. Also learn how to identify and create strategies for combating resistance and promoting positive change.
