The contemporary Supply Chain Manager (SCM) is faced with an increasingly complex supply chain, and a concurrent need to identify and mitigate risks in that supply chain.  The more progressive SCM recognizes that he or she is the first line of defense in protecting their respective organization against supply chain failures.
Special guest presenter, Ernest G. Gabbard, will review the primary causes of the more significant risks inherent in almost any supply chain and review various methods for assessing the magnitude of those risks.  Mr. Gabbard will then share a proven methodology for identifying such risks so they can be appropriately managed.  This methodology can be used to identify significant risks BEFORE they develop into an actual supply chain interruption.  Such advance identification allows the SCM to prepare and execute a plan to mitigate the risks BEFORE they impact the supply chain.
Join us for a fast-paced, comprehensive review of one of the most significant subjects facing the contemporary Supply Chain Manager.
