Denali Group and SIG recently conducted an Indirect Spend Management Benchmarking Study to determine how best-in-class Procurement organizations are driving more value today. The broad-based study identified strategic and tactical Procurement initiatives that improve competency in managing indirect spend—generating more savings and creating more value for the organization.

Three key dimensions of the study include:

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE – Focused on how companies improve the efficiency of how they manage indirect spend. We examined the people, process, and technology most commonly used and highlighted best practices.

VALUE CREATION - Focused on how companies are creating value in their indirect spend portfolio, through a combination of cost savings, service and quality improvements, or other strategic benefits.

FUTURE GROWTH - Highlighted upcoming trends and planned initiatives to forecast industry trends in the indirect procurement space.
