As Coronavirus (Covid-19) continues to spread and cause disruption to businesses and supply chains globally, this webinar will focus on the contractual implications of the current public health emergency and the implications of it being declared a pandemic by the WHO. We will be addressing force majeure, frustration material adverse change and other relevant contractual terms, discussing the potential impact to commercial agreements from both common law and civil law perspective and looking at alternative remedies that may apply.
