Contrary to popular belief, chief finance and chief procurement officers have more in common than they think. Individually, they have a strong passion for savings (read: “do we need to spend money?”). They are also usually risk adverse.
Despite being similar in many ways, the relationship between finance and procurement is often disjointed and not marching to the same beat. This inhibits companies from achieving maximum business performance, especially problematic in an economic environment that requires swift response to ever changing threats and opportunities.
Hosted by Paul Cook, VP Global Sales, Rosslyn Analytics, and Gert van der Heijden, Editor, Spend Matters Netherlands, attend this webinar to learn:
- Why best-in-class companies have an integrated finance and procurement organization
- How analytics are serving to unify, align and support finance and procurement
- Five examples of how shared data is benefiting finance and procurement teams
- Practical examples of how CFOs and CPOs can do to improve collaboration
Gert will share his experience with reference to the realms of finance and procurement, allowing you to stay aligned by using analytics that deliver tangible benefits.
