Denali Group and SIG recently conducted an Indirect Spend Management Benchmarking Study to determine how best-in-class Procurement organizations are driving more value today. The broad-based study identified strategic and tactical Procurement initiatives that improve competency in managing indirect spend—generating more savings and creating more value for the organization.
