About the presenter:  
Tom Kirby is the President and CEO for HR – EHS Professionals. Tom has spent almost 30 years in manufacturing with 23 years in HR and EHS leadership. Tom has worked with both small and large manufacturing companies from coast to coast helping them develop the 21st century workforce they need to be successful. Tom earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky. He has his SPHR designation from SHRM and is a certified Facility Safety and Health Professional (FSHP). As Secretary of the Georgia House of Representatives’ Labor and Industry Committee, Tom is extremely influential & knowledgeable in the workers’ compensation laws in Georgia.
