As Aaron Levie of Box.net wrote on Twitter; “Uber is a $3.5 billion lesson in building for how the world should work instead of optimizing for how the world does work.”
Once both driver and potential passengers were instrumented with devices reporting their location in real time, it became possible to completely rethink urban transportation. Uber's disruptive innovation manifested itself in the form of a new and more efficient transportation.
While not as ubiquitous or dramatic, the procure-to-pay world's "unberization" is nonetheless notable in that it frees up human resources to focus on more critical areas of an organization's operations by both automating and streamlining the P2P process.
In this webinar, industry expert and futurist Jon Hansen will answer these as well as other questions regarding the future of P2P and what you need to do to align yourself with the coming change in how P2P technology should and will work in the years to come.
Topics that will be discussed:
- The future of Procure-to-pay
- What will work in the years to come
- What you need to do to align yourself with the coming changes
