Along with our suppliers, we will be hosting a procurement conference allowing attendees to gain valuable insight into the world of procurement. We will discuss how to deliver a procurement change programme and talk about the way in which different resources and capabilities can be brought together to benefit the transformation programme and its stakeholders.

The guest speakers will discuss industry news and issues and give informative views on whats going on right now. Subjects include supply chain, Brexit, online auctions and much more.

Harry is based in Leeds where he trains as part of a small group of athletes who have won five medals over the last two Olympic cycles. Harry has been closely involved with national and international squads that have sent athletes to every Olympics over the last 16 years, he will share with us a unique perspective on the environments and practices that have resulted in both success and failure over the development of the sport.

There’s always lots of talk on the procurement blogs etc. about procurement moving on from savings and being all about “value”, but savings are still very relevant so Paul will discuss why and also go through some of the fundamental principles of good savings measurement and reporting.
