About the featured speaker:

Elba is a finance and strategy professional with 20 years of experience at UPS. She’s held roles in Finance, Investor Relations, Marketing and Strategy. She lived as an expat in Asia for three years. After working on a cross-functional team developing long term strategies for Global e-commerce, she recently transitioned to a new role as part of UPS’s Business Intelligence and Analysis team reporting on US Domestic Product Performance. Elba is also the founder of the social impact organization ShowMe50.org. The non-profit’s vision is to achieve 50% women in senior leadership positions through a grassroots movement. ShowMe50 programs teach leadership skills, career management strategies and influencing techniques. Elba holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, and a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. She is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional. She serves of the board of the HOPE (Hispanic Organization Promoting Education) and is the Chair of the UPS Hispanic Business Resource Group, Crecer. Crecer was recognized in 2017 as the #1 Hispanic Employee Resource Group by the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Latina Style Magazine.
