How can you support your own self-care and wellbeing, whilst supporting the business?
The initial pandemic response phase has brought unprecedented challenge, intensity and adrenaline for Business Continuity professionals. With everyone working long hours over a prolonged period to coordinate their organisation’s efforts, exhaustion has ensued with some professionals reporting burn out. Our response to this pandemic will be a marathon, not a sprint. So, as we prepare ourselves for the next stage of the response, it is crucial for BC professionals and leaders to prioritise their own self-care and wellbeing.
Join Dr Aarti Anhal from before nine as she provides strategies, tools and techniques to enable BC Managers to look after themselves whilst they simultaneously manage the pandemic’s impact on their own personal lives and meet the unique professional demands they face. Dr Aarti Anhal is a resilience coach and consultant, who helps clients across sectors thrive during the good times and periods of uncertainty, change and crisis. She runs before nine, a consultancy on a mission to help future-proof organisations by combining the wellbeing, resilience and agility of their workforce with organisational performance.
