The European Parliament has called for eInvoicing to be compulsory in public procurement by 2016. But with the adoption of eInvoicing in Europe still being very limited – accounting for 4 to 15% of all invoices exchanged – there’s a long way to go.

In this webinar, we will look at the benefits of eInvoicing and outline a practical approach that public sector organisations can take to transition all kinds of suppliers to the appropriate methods of electronic invoice submission.

Denis Sheehan, Project Manager at University College Cork will share how they have successfully implemented eInvoicing and the benefits this has delivered to date:

• Reduced cost of paper, fax and email invoice handling in AP
• Reduced the cost answering supplier enquiries requesting payment status
• Reduced late payment fees and increased early payment discounts
• Reduced audit costs
• Earlier visibility of cash requirements
• Improved supplier relationships

We will also address common barriers, challenges to implementing eInvoicing technologies and best practices. Join us for this free webinar to learn how to embrace eInvoicing to reduce unnecessary time and expense from invoice processing.
