About the presenter: Elba Pareja-Gallagher is a finance and strategy professional with nearly 20 years of experience at UPS. She’s held roles in International Finance, Investor Relations, Marketing and Strategy. She lived as an expat in Asia for three years and currently works on a cross-functional team developing long term strategies for B2C commerce. She is also the founder of the non-profit organization ShowMe50.org. The organization’s vision is to achieve 50% women in senior leadership positions through a grassroots movement. Individuals learn to influence change at work in talent management, workplace flexibility and accountability. Elba holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, and a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. She is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional and a member of the Atlanta chapter of the Institute of Supply Management. Elba enjoys writing and presenting on various business topics.
