About the featured speaker: Mr. Donovan True has over 20 years of supply chain, transportation, inventory management, operations and continuous process improvement experience. He's accumulated this experience across multiple product lines both domestic & global, public & private, commercial & private brand; serving a wide variety of markets, including retail, contract, commercial, and eCommerce customers. Donovan has held a variety of leadership positions beyond his current role as Divisional Vice President of Supply Chain Integration with REI, including VP Global Operations & Supply Chain, Senior Director of Process Excellence, Regional General Manager Supply Chain Operations, Director of North American Transportation Operations, and Senior Manager of Demand Planning/Inventory Management. He also holds a BSBA in Transportation & Logistics, and Marketing from The Ohio State University. Additionally, Donovan has completed his MBA with The New England College of Business and holds Certificates of Completion from Penn State University in Essentials of Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Transformation for the Future.
