How can we define and quantify impact tolerances as part of an operational resilience strategy? Due to the operational resilience guidelines from the FCA and PRA, one of the components of operational resilience is our ability to define impact tolerance. How do we quantify what an impact tolerance is and how can we measure it? What data should we be looking at and how can we compare during scenario testing when our impact tolerance is in danger of being exceeded?
In this session, we will review some potential options for impact tolerances, how we can effectively measure them and compare and contrast for scenario testing.
